Symptom #
A task using the SAP Business One Connector Tool is failing at runtime and producing the following error in the event logs:
100000008 - License does not exist
Cause #
This error relates to the SAP DI Server Module not being licensed and not the TaskCentre SAP B1 Connector Tool.
Solution #
You can check if the DI Server has a valid license within SAP Business One under the following:
Administration -> License Administration -> Components tab
If the DI Server is licensed you will see an entry for DI-server (DIS). If not, you will need to carry out the appropriate action to re-establish a valid licence.
