Symptom #
Under the ‘Publishing’ tab of the ‘Create Workflow Job’ tool, the ‘Select Publishing Site’ drop-down list does not display a list of websites.
Cause #
Caused by Windows User Account Control (UAC) preventing access to the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) interfaces from the BPA Platform client. You are more likely to experience this issue on server machines as these are normally run in a locked down configuration.
Resolution #
The client requires running under elevated access. To do so: Right-click the client launch icon and select ‘Run As Administrator’.
