Symptom #
When creating a new task with a SAP Business One Connector step, as soon as you try to choose the SAP Business One object an error occurs which displays
Unable to contact web service
As a result of this no objects or fields appear for mapping.
Cause #
Issue occurs after upgrade from 3.0.1 to 4.0.1 when schemas are not refreshed in the global configuration. The error will appear at step configuration when selecting an object.
Resolution #
Ensure all schemas are refreshed after upgrade of the tools.
