Symptom #
When you apply apply hotfix 4.5SR 4F (Build 4.5.1198) you get the following error message:
Error 1402. Could not open key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Orbis Software\TaskCentre\Providers\{Eaa826F- XXXXXXXX}. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
Cause #
Caused by an updated version of InstallShield introduced in Hotfix SR 4F (1198) that looks for the non-existing registry key ‘HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32’ instead of the correct registry key ‘HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE’
Applies To #
Effects installation of hotfix SR 4F (4.5.1198) on Windows 2003 64 bit and Windows 2008 64 bit. It does not effect installation of the hotfix on Windows 2008 R2.

Apply hotfix 4.5 Service Release 4 Hotfix H (Incident id #41676 ) released January 2012.
