Symptom #
During installation of the tools for SAP Business One you may receive the following error:
Unable to Register web Service Encryption for COM Interop
Note: Setup will still complete but the SAP Business One Event tool will not be available from within TaskCentre.
Cause #
SAP Business One Tools for TaskCentre requires that .NET framework 4.0 is present.
Resolution #
Install .NET framework 4.0 (Full version NOT the client profile). After the .NET framework install has completed rerun the tools for SAP Business One installer.
