We use Apollo.io, a marketing automation and sales engagement platform, to help us manage marketing campaigns, customer relationship data, lead scoring, and audience insights. Apollo.io processes contact information such as name, company, role, business email address, and engagement activity (for example, whether emails have been opened or links clicked). This processing enables us to manage our marketing efforts more efficiently and tailor our communications to be more relevant to recipients.

We use SendGrid (a service provided by Twilio UK Ltd.) for the purpose of securely delivering marketing and transactional emails to our customers and contacts. SendGrid processes information such as recipient email address, name, and interaction data (e.g. open and click rates) for email delivery and performance reporting. This enables us to ensure that communications are successfully delivered and relevant to recipients.

SendGrid operates exclusively within the United Kingdom for this purpose and does not use or access email content for any purpose other than delivery and compliance monitoring. Processing is performed under the UK GDPR and a formal Data Processing Agreement between Orbis Software Ltd. T/A Codeless Platforms and Twilio UK Ltd.

Salesforce

We use Salesforce, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform, to securely store and manage customer, partner, and prospect information. Salesforce processes personal data such as contact details, company information, communication history, and relevant account records to help us manage customer relationships, fulfil service requests, and support our sales and marketing activities.

All Salesforce data is hosted and processed within the United Kingdom. Salesforce acts solely as our data processor, operating under our instructions and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Processing is governed by a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between Orbis Software Ltd. T/A Codeless Platforms and Salesforce UK Ltd.
