Symptom #
When attempting to install the TaskCentre API Web Service the following is received:
The wizard was interrupted before the Task API could be completely installed

Cause #
This is the result of an Application Pool default setting in IIS Version 8 that must be changed.
Solution #
Within IIS check if any TCAPI Application Pools have been created. If so, they will need to be deleted first.

Open the Application Pool default settings and set Enable 32-Bit Applications to False and attempt the installation again.
