Symptom #
The SAP Business One Connector tool fails at task runtime and the following error gets recorded in the Windows Event Log:
System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\CommunicatorWS\Temp\xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.gz'
Cause #
Caused by a missing temp folder under the communicator web service’s publishing directory.
Resolution #
Create a folder called ‘Temp’ under the communicator web service’s publishing directory. The default location for the publishing directory is ‘C:\inetpub\wwwroot\CommunicatorWS’.
For example, you would create the following path to fix the issue: C:\inetpubwwwroot\CommunicatorWS\Temp
