Symptom #
After installation of the SAP Business One client tools, the SAP Business One Event tool is missing meaning you will only see the following two client tools:
- SAP Business One Connector
- SAP Business One XML to Recordset Mapper
Normally you would expect to see the following three:
- SAP Business One Connector
- SAP Business One Event
- SAP Business One XML to Recordset Mapper
Cause #
Caused by an installation of the SAP Business One client tools on a different machine to that of the TaskCentre SAP Business One Agent service.
This issue is confined to releases prior to version 3.0.0. It does not affect version 3.0.0 or higher.
Resolution #
Download the registry patch from the link below and run it on the machine where you plan to install the SAP Business One client tools.
The keys are different depending on the whether the machine is 64 or 32 bit.
