Symptom #
After installing the SAP Business One Event Agent to monitor a company database, you are now experiencing errors every time you attempt to update a document in the SAP client.

Cause #
The database user assigned to the SAP Business One Event Agent (refer to the product help) has not been given access to the Event Agent database: CodelessPlatforms.SBOEventAgentCommon.
Solution #
Upgrade all components of the SAP Business One Integration Tool Pack to SAP Business One Integration Tool Pack version 3.12. Note that a Codeless Platforms account is required to access this page.
