Symptom #
When you run the Configurator the following error message is received:
An error has occurred while processing: Initialization Error details: Cannot decode the product key
Cause #
Caused by an expired main product key license (You will also find that tasks cannot be run.)
Resolution #
The resolution is to renew the main product key license. The licensing team can be contacted on: [email protected]
