Symptom #
After you select a remote web server under the Publishing tab of the Create Workflow Job tool, the Select Publishing Site drop-down list does not get populated.
Cause #
The user has insufficient rights to access IIS objects on the remote machine. The Create Workflow Job tool connects to the IIS objects on the web server to list the websites. The account you connect with must be a member of the local Administrators group on the web server to access IIS objects.
Resolution #
On the web server machine, add the network user to the local Administrators group.
