The Web Service Connector tool rejects valid certificate password.
Cause
Windows Server implementation lacks support for the algorithm that was used to encrypt the certificate.
Solution
Windows Server should be updated to a release that supports the SHA-256 algorithm. In particular, Windows Server 2016 should be updated to version 1709 or above.
