This solution starts within SalesLogix, whereby a Prospect status is changed to a Customer. This event starts off a process that sends the SalesLogix account record information to an associated financial controller, whereby they are asked to complete additional information in order to bring the account record in line with their financial management requirements. Once this is completed the account record and additional information is automatically written into AccPac (300).
