SalesLogix currently has the ability to archive emails and attachments, but until the introduction of TaskCentre for SalesLogix there has not been the ability to automatically archive emails, which has been primarily a manual process.
This third video of four walks you through the configuration of a task which archives an email. We check to see if the contact is known to SalesLogix and depending on the configuration of the task, then archive the email accordingly.
