It can also build escalation capabilities into exception reports.
“You can set it up to report and notify on any criteria you want. For example, if somebody wants to know every time we’ve sold a car, if we sell anything below a certain margin or every time there’s a new part created, they will receive an email when that happens. That kind of event is what we tend to use it for. It can be quite personal to the individual as to what information that they want. Some of them are daily reports, some are weekly.
