BPA Platform is an iPaaS solution that enables cloud-based, on-premises systems and cloud-to-cloud applications to talk to each other, enabling seamless Acumatica HubSpot integration and business process automation capabilities.

The HubSpot connector tool provides you with the ability to:

  • Get Companies / Get Contacts: Automatically download companies and contact details including parent company ID from HubSpot and check when the organisation and contact data was last modified or downloaded and update accordingly.
  • Get Deals Won: Automatically retrieve deals generated in HubSpot at the last date/time checked.
  • Create / Update Company: Automatically create or update a company entry in Acumatica.
  • Create Contact: Automatically create or update a contact for an existing company in Acumatica.
  • Create Sales Order: Automatically create a sales order in Acumatica from deals won in HubSpot. An automated email notification can be sent to the nominated email address for rejected deals.
  • Additonal Users: Inclusion of non-HubSpot or Acumatica users within workflow processes

The introduction of multi-instance architecture to BPA Platform means that cloud and on-premises deployments can have multiple instances of BPA Platform for various purposes, including development, testing, and live environments. Each of these is charged per instance, per month and billed annually in advance. Tasks numbers are mirrored live to test environments for tasks.
