  • Salesforce Connector: The Salesforce integration connector is a BPA Platform tool that is used to communicate with the Salesforce API.
  • Salesforce Event Agent: The Salesforce Event Agent is a web service, receiving specific events from Salesforce and writing them to a database.

  • New and Existing Accounts and Business Partners: Automatically synchronise accounts between Salesforce and Acumatica, including account name, Acumatica customer number, default billing/shipping address, contact information etc.

The introduction of multi-instance architecture to BPA Platform means that cloud and on-premises deployments can have multiple instances of BPA Platform for various purposes, including development, testing, and live environments. Each of these is charged per instance, per month and billed annually in advance. Tasks numbers are mirrored live to test environments for tasks.
