Orbis Software Announces Exclusive OEM Partnership With Pegasus Software Ltd.

Orbis Intelliware to be integrated into Opera II accounting and business solution

Orbis Software is pleased to announce that Pegasus Software Ltd. is to integrate Orbis Intelliware with Opera II to proactively deliver business information to a wider community within their organisations. Opera II accounting and business software offers SME industrial strength functionality, great flexibility and real business advantage.

Orbis Intelliware from Orbis Software Ltd. gives organisations the powerful ability to manipulate their Opera II data through user-defined alerts and profiles via the familiar Microsoft Outlook or Exchange interface.

Alerts provide the ability to define business rules or criteria, which are monitored on a periodic basis. When a business rule is broken or certain criteria met, a user defined message can be sent via email, Task Request, SMS, fax or other messaging standards supported by Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange Server.

Profiles allow organisations to synchronise selected subsets of relational data into Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange Server folders. Within the Microsoft Outlook interface users can create forms containing user-defined fields building on the information obtained from Opera II. Outlook features such as integrated email, calendar and task management can then be used to add value to this information.
