“In practice management, particularly things like taxation and secretarial, a lot of the departmental requirements that our clients request is a process or tool to make sure that they don’t miss anything, such as deadlines to submit accounts or when to pay a certain amount. The automated notifications and alerts capability of BPA Platform is the perfect solution.”

BPA Platform can monitor the system and then send reminders to certain partners, managers or staff, to follow up with the client or perform a certain task. One customer managed to save a fair bit when an alert informed him about staff overtime for one of the company’s clients.”
“Tax and legislation is a very big component in South Africa as well. There are lots of clients that rely on us to submit tax returns. In fact, we submitted over 200,000 tax returns last year. That all comes via our system with the alerts on top of it,” concluded Pick.
