SAP Partner Talent Initiative Connect launched for EMEA North partners
SAP SE recently announced that is has launched an online talent portal designed to match the right, newly-qualified SAP-certified consultants with the right SAP partner.
SAP Partner Talent Initiative Connect is available to all SAP partners in the EMEA North region to help further the accelerate the hiring of new consultants and attract more talent into the ecosystem.
The cost of hiring a consultant through the programme is refundable through marketing development and business development funds (MDF and BDF).
“The launch of this new talent portal is an important step to ensure that we can seamlessly match the brilliant new candidates coming through the Partner Talent Initiative program with the talent requirements of the SAP partners. It also furthers SAP’s investment and commitment towards supporting the capacity of our partners in EMEA North,” said Stephane Mermet, Chief Partner Officer SAP EMEA North.
Originally launched in 2022, the SAP Partner Talent Initiative is now producing a steady stream of new consulting talent, marking a significant milestone in SAP’s mission to address the shortage of digital skills in the EMEA North partner ecosystem.
The programme has attracted over 3,000 applications and produced nearly 150 SAP-certified consultants to date. Newly certified consultants will provide support in cloud computing, digital transformation, and analytics to improve the quality of services offered by SAP partners to their customers.
