BPA Platform Secures Deal for IT Solutions Provider Avrion

Avrion benefits from partnership with Codeless Platforms for integration, automation and customer portal projects

Codeless Platforms today revealed that Avrion, an IT solutions provider, secured a technology project solely because it was able to use BPA Platform to integrate a customer’s CRM and accounting system. The addition of Applications Platform and the partnership with Codeless Platforms is helping the company evolve as a pure technology partner to its customers.

“BPA Platform is not an add on for us, it is an absolute key component to our business. It’s rapid to deploy and it’s rapid to amend. Therefore, it’s very fast to roll out because you don’t need to create big scopes, business plans or strategic plans. BPA Platform is a critical piece of software that every company should have; simple automations that will make a big difference to how a company actually operates. We can use the technology to improve the way they work. That’s the whole premise behind our partnership really,” said Jonathan Wilkins, Director, Avrion.

“We won a project purely because we had BPA Platform and we could do what the customer wanted. They only wanted a small CRM system, but the real requirement of the project was to streamline their annual billing process, which was taking the customer probably five to six weeks, full time, to do. They were trying to find a way to do it faster as their business is going to double in size within a few years. The only way we could offer that CRM system was to deliver an integration between it and their accounting system. We basically secured a £12-15,000 project solely because we had BPA Platform.”

Established in 2001, Avrion is a team of experienced technology professionals with a passion for making technology work for its customers. The solutions provider originally specialised in traditional CRM, working with leading software companies, such as Maximizer and Sage, but has since evolved to offer broader technologies surrounding CRM which help improve its customers’ success.

“We are evolving as a company to be a pure technology partner for our customers, which means CRM is just one component. Having BPA Platform and Applications Platform, along with other solutions we offer, really enables us to be that company. I think these two key pieces of software are technologies that are going to become ever more important in the coming years,” said Wilkins.

“Customers are very interested in streamlining their companies at the moment. They are looking for ways to digitise their business; streamlining how they move information between systems, people and also their customers. I think the current pandemic has created this urgency. It has made companies think about how they can streamline their business and become more efficient. This is often driven by the need to reduce their operating costs, whether that’s to become more profitable or to help the business survive. Therefore, streamlining or digitising, using technology like BPA Platform or Applications Platform, is an interesting area for them.”

“Customers are also looking at how to integrate their own customers into their systems and their processes, which is driving a demand for portals. The ability to share information from customers within portals, deliver information and receive information back. I think that’s really where Applications Platform comes into its own. It will enable us to build portals quickly, customised but not bespoke, which is what a lot a lot of customers are also interested in.”

BPA Platform’s key attributes are the ability to integrate business systems and automate business processes quickly and easily. Its innovative drag and drop technology removes the need for coding to ensure that businesses can achieve their true potential with minimal effort.

“We can do things quicker, which means it’s more cost effective for our customers. It also means we can deliver more solutions. Typically, the integration work we do requires our developers to write code. BPA Platform allows us to do very similar things, but without having to write code. We can just drop into BPA Platform, design the workflows, write the queries, and get the thing working,” concluded Wilkins.
