Cloud Nine

Manufacturer and supplier of innovative hair styling tools improves customer and order management via NetSuite Salesforce & Shopify Integration

Following considerable success and an increase in orders in 2018, Cloud Nine began struggling to manage its order management. The time was right to fully integrate its website with its ERP system and then automate the processing of sales orders from the website to the ERP.

This project supported a broader integration and automation programme as part of the company’s digital transformation roadmap. A consultant employed at the time to oversee the project advised the company that any solution that they deployed should be able to adapt and continue to work as the business grew across disparate systems.

As a result, BPA Platform was eventually selected due to its competitive pricing, flexibility and resiliency, and subsequently deployed to integrate its website with the ERP system. This was a perceptive and commercially astute recommendation, as a few years later Cloud Nine decided to not only adopt Salesforce and Shopify, but to also replace its existing ERP system with Oracle NetSuite.
