Although Routes Healthcare uses Sage 200, as a social healthcare organisation its technology stack is primarily SaaS-based. As a result, it had a collection of disparate systems that didn’t really talk to each other. There was no process orchestration between them, and precious little integration or touchpoints. In addition, the organisation lacked a centralised data pool. Data existed in CSV files, Excel spreadsheets, and manual reports.
Having deployed BPA Platform, the organisation was able to transform its ecosystem and processes via a wide-range of integrations with its SaaS products, and then automate numerous business processes. This includes managing and communicating with employees, automating reference checks with its applicant tracking system, exchanging data seamlessly with the NHS’s Tradeshift invoicing platform, as well as utilising it for a range of compliance and business continuity tasks.
