Automating Manual Processes and Tasks in Aareon QL for Housing Service
As with many councils and housing providers, West Lancashire County Council’s Housing and Inclusion department wants to provide up-to-date, modern services to its customers whilst trying to reduce costs and resources. Using Codeless Platforms’ BPA Platform the Council has been automating processes and tasks in Aareon QL, enabling it to resolve certain pain points, enhance its services and explore new projects.
