Legal Vendor Takes AIM at Business Process Excellence

AIM Professional embeds TaskCentre in its E-Vigilance module to generate notifications and alerts

The UK’s premier legal software vendor, AIM Professional, has announced a strategic partnership with the UK leading business process management specialist, Orbis Software. This partnership is set to revolutionise the way legal practices operate by providing intelligent automation to both small and large firms alike.

The new partnership will see AIM Professional deliver a business process management module, called E-Vigilance, through embedding Orbis Software’s TaskCentre solution.

“At AIM we have a reputation for continually delivering best-of-breed functionality to our users and this partnership reinforces that ethos,” said David Lander, Legal Solutions Manager, AIM Professional. “The new module, E-Vigilance, will have the ability to automatically inform the user that there are critical activities that they must undertake. AIM is supplying a library of pre-defined alerts as part of E-Vigilance to ensure that its customers immediately get better business performance.

AIM’s movement towards intelligent automation will certainly set a new benchmark for the global legal software arena.

AIM Legal will be formally launching its new business process management capabilities on the 5th of October 2005 at its customer day, which is to be held at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon.
