This video provides a short demonstration showing you how easy it is to create tasks for running integration, process automation, workflow and other activities which safely update NAV through its API.
In this case it is showing an integration example taking an XML file from an external system, then calling the NAV web service to create new customer records. This can also be used to create drag and drop automation tasks which detect when something happens in NAV – something else is automatically changed, so reducing repetitive activity and increasing data accuracy.
