Integrating GeoPal with CRM and ERP sytems
Many organisations, however, rely on a CRM or ERP system to manage customer interactions, as well as many other business functions. If an organisation uses one of these systems, then the data generated by GeoPal has to be extracted and uploaded manually, which is a time-consuming process and can be prone to errors.
Vice versa, customer requests and job details captured in a CRM or ERP system need to be uploaded to GeoPal for the application to work. If this is done manually it can hold up the job request and have a detrimental effect on customer service and workflow.
