Hidbrain Advanced IT Solutions signs partnership deal with Codeless Platforms
Codeless Platforms today announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with Hidbrain Advanced IT Solutions, an ERP specialist and cloud hosting provider for small and medium-sized businesses. Hidbrain has added BPA Platform to its portfolio to provide its customers with a flexible integration and business process automation platform, especially for eCommerce ERP integration, including Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Sage X3, Amazon, eBay, Shopify and WooCommerce.
With fifteen years’ of experience and hundreds of successful installations, Hidbrain offers a portfolio of solutions to get businesses present online and working in the digital space. With its primary data centre located in Stockley Park Campus, Heathrow, the IT solutions company can host any ERP system or software platform on its private cloud servers.
“We needed a solution that could integrate third-party software and eCommerce platforms with the ERP solutions that we host, manage, support and sell. We have several installations that are based on Microsoft Azure and we also provide and support customers that use Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Sage X3. Most of the solutions out there that integrate with eCommerce, are completely bespoke. Therefore, we were looking for a more standardised, user-friendly platform that could be easily maintained,” said Anastasios Vlachopoulos, Director, Hidbrain.

“It’s really easy to sell BPA Platform because customers know that they don’t have to rely on a bespoke solution. It will be always up to date, they can easily upgrade, and it’s very easy to maintain. It gives you the opportunity to integrate with anything. Another thing we really like about BPA Platform is that it’s very flexible. For example, if a customer decided to change their eCommerce platform, i.e., moving from Magento to BigCommerce or whatever, it would be a very easy process. They wouldn’t to have to write code from scratch to connect to another platform, so they’re not stuck with a particular bit of software. Again, that’s a very good selling point.”
Hidbrain has customers and experience in many industries. However, many of its customers currently come from the retail and travel sector, which have obviously been seriously affected over the past couple of years.
“Since the pandemic, we’ve seen a huge increase in customers wanting to automate their business processes. Many have portals or platforms that they are trading from and want to integrate and automate all the back-office information into their ERP systems. Currently they are doing this manually, which is a tedious process,” explained Anastasios Vlachopoulos.
“The big selling point is that automation helps companies reduce their overheads which is very important, particularly now. Having automation tools like BPA Platform, which can be implemented quickly, in a timely manner and without much effort, is therefore a must. We have already used BPA Platform to integrate PDFDataNet, a document processing solution tool, with Sage X3, and the deployment has been extremely successful.”
