Red Cloud Consultancy to offer business process automation to its Exact Globe and Exact Online customers
Codeless Platforms today revealed that Red Cloud Consultancy, which has over 20 years’ experience supporting and implementing Exact software solutions and is the only Exact Platinum Partner in the UK, is using BPA Platform to integrate Exact Globe and Exact Online with other systems and services, as well as deliver business process automation. The consultancy has subsequently signed a partnership agreement.
“We are the only UK partner that Codeless Platforms is working with at the moment, and we want to build a strong relationship between us to help Exact Software customers. I’m really keen to really push Codeless Platforms’ BPA Platform into the Exact market space in the UK,” said Jamie Smith, Managing Director, Red Cloud Consultancy Ltd.
“We’ve always tried to be the company of choice for Exact customers in the UK, and so we want to be able to provide them with a really strong portfolio of solutions. Adding BPA Platform into that portfolio will be a massive advantage for us, and also a really big positive step for Exact customers.”
Red Cloud Consultancy has a client base of over 200 customers operating within manufacturing, wholesale distribution, professional services, food manufacturing and metal fabrication, ranging from entrepreneurial one to two users, turning over a couple of hundred thousand pounds a year, to well established companies with 50-user sites, turning over £35 million a year.
“We’ve had a couple of projects recently where we’ve identified the use of business activity monitoring software, so I was quite keen to see what Codeless Platforms could provide. One project in particular, which we have just commenced, required Exact software integration with Amazon, eBay and Shopware. As all of these connectors are part of Codeless Platforms’ portfolio it was relatively straightforward. This particular customer is now really keen to look at other integration solutions that Codeless Platforms can provide and how BPA Platform can automate a multitude of tasks,” revealed Smith.
“It was an obvious choice to use BPA Platform as I have previous experience of working with it when I was a consultant for an SAP Business One and Codeless Platforms partner. I also work with another partner, Full Circle IT Solutions, which is also a partner of Codeless Platforms, so it made sense really, from a business perspective.”
The current situation is changing the outlook and strategies of many businesses as employees are either working from home or they are having to operate with a reduced workforce. As a result, many organisations are looking at how automation can help; automating tasks that people used to do.
“There’s definitely been a lot more interest in automation recently, especially how businesses can become more profitable via automation. For example, more companies are starting to sell online, and they are looking at how they can get that information into Exact from an automation perspective. Therefore, the connectors that Codeless Platforms has, such as Magento, Shopify etc., is going to be a real benefit to us,” concluded Smith.
