BPA Platform provides reliable integration for Sage 200, Sage Intacct and SAP Business One projects
Thinc is an IT services and IT consulting company providing finance software, ERP systems, managed IT support, cloud management and cyber security solutions to SMEs. With three offices in the UK and one in Canada, Thinc offers and supports three main ERP systems: SAP Business One, Sage 200 and Sage Intacct. To help reduce costs and improve efficiencies for its customers, as well as address the demand for system integration, Thinc needed a flexible and reliable integration solution that could work equally well with its full range of ERP systems. BPA Platform has now become Thinc’s main integration tool for the majority of its customers, providing a central hub for many projects, especially the integration between eCommerce and service systems with the various ERPs.

Having BPA Platform in our arsenal is great because we can explain to a customer that we have a tool that will enable us to integrate their systems and automate their business processes. The plan going forward is to push it as our main integration tool. We know our customers well, certainly when it comes to their ERP system, but we are trying to gain a bit of knowledge on what other non-ERP systems the customer has, and then, using BPA Platform, join all these systems together.
