Shopify Access Dimensions Integration Solution Overview

Codeless Platforms’ Shopify Access Dimensions BPA Solution provides you with a pack of preconfigured tasks to quickly integrate Shopify with Access Dimensions and automate essential eCommerce processes.

This dedicated Shopify integration solution removes the need for manual administration by automating a wide range of business processes including the downloading and uploading of essential information, such as customer details, orders, products, stock and pricing. It also provides notification and alerting capabilities such as sending Fraud Risk Assessment (FRA) advisory notifications to an administrator.

Shopify Access Dimensions BPA Solution Modules and Benefits

The default automated processes included in the Access Dimensions and Shopify solution will help you to remove the costs, pains and associated errors of manual bi-directional order processing activities.

Standard modules of the Shopify Access Dimensions solution include:

  • Manage Customer Accounts: Automatically create and update new, existing and guest customer accounts in Access Dimensions from sales orders received via Shopify
  • Automate Order Management: Automatically process sales orders from Shopify to Access Dimensions e.g. customer billing/shipping details, delivery method, payment method, quantity ordered, product code/description
  • Fraud Risk Assessment (FRA): Automatically put orders on hold with no stock allocated in Access Dimensions if they are identified as medium or high risk of fraud, and send an advisory notification to an administrator
  • Upload Access Dimensions sales order status to Shopify
  • Automate inventory and pricing updates between Access Dimensions and Shopify
  • Automate Product Updates: Product SKU, description, tax class, weight, retail price, available inventory levels
  • Alerts and Notifications: Identify transaction location, check for errors and send an internal alert if a sales process fails
