Our software is developed in the UK and we have a highly-skilled, multi-lingual workforce that provides consultancy, marketing support and technical support to end users and partners.A proven track record of developing agile, flexible and robust integration and automation solutions.
It all started back in January 1999 when GaranStore Ltd. was established, although that company name was quickly changed to Intelliware Systems when we released version one of our Orbis Intelliware system in March 1999.
At the forefront of automation technology, this system provided active knowledge management, automated alerting of key business criteria and application extension functionality for data sources via email, tasks and personal and public folder views within Microsoft Outlook and Exchange Server.
Following extensive development of the system and the introduction of further integration and automation technology, Orbis Intelliware was renamed and rebranded as TaskCentre in July 2002, and the company was renamed as Orbis Software Ltd. We also launched Orbis SMS.
In 2003 TaskCentre v3.0 was released and Orbis SMS was renamed as M-Science. TaskCentre v3.0 delivered a unique and dramatically improved framework for transforming manual business processes into automated procedures and dynamic tasks. It provided a totally new suite of automation and alerting tools for organisations of any size, providing seamless integration into an organisation’s data infrastructure.
By 2008 TaskCentre v4.5 had been released and we had developed our first dedicated tools and connectors, including a Database Query (OLEDB) Tool, XML Integration Tool and a File Management Tool. TaskCentre for SAP Business One was also made available and we gained backing from the Sage Enterprise channel having joined the Sage Developer Prograame.
In 2011 we released a Web Service Connector Tool, joined the SAP PartnerEdge Program and TaskCentre 4.5 achieved SAP Certified Integration with SAP Business One. As a result, we were awarded SAP Gold Partner status the following year. This was in recognition of the of the financial and technical commitment that we had made to the SAP Business One partner community.
In 2017 we released four dedicated business process automation (BPA) platforms, including Data Integration & Synchronisation, Report & Document Automation, Workflow & Human Interaction and Notifications & Alerts.
To represent this significant development, TaskCentre was renamed as BPA Platform and Orbis Software was rebranded as Codeless Platforms.
