Donor Strategy Agresso Integration

Victim Support knew that introducing a new system (Donor Strategy) would bring about new processes which would be labour intensive. To ensure systems worked collaboratively, rather than as information silos, Victim Support introduced BPA Platform to facilitate the flow of information between systems and automate time-intensive houskeeping duties. From there, the possibilities became apparent and new uses for BPA Platform have been regularly rolled out since.
