This dedicated eBay and Access Dimensions solution removes the need to manually rekey orders and associated information by automating the downloading and uploading of orders, customer details, products, stock and pricing between the two systems. It also provides notification and alerting capabilities if a sales process fails.

Codeless Platforms’ eBay Access Dimensions integration solution automates the flow of essential information, allowing you to quickly and easily streamline eBay order management processes, reduce operational costs and ensure data consistency.
Default automated processes in the eBay Access Dimensions solution include:
- Manage the creation and updating of customer accounts in Access Dimensions e.g. new accounting, existing accounts and guest accounts
- Process sales orders from eBay to Access Dimensions e.g. product description, product code, quantity, payment method, shipping/billing details, delivery method (including carrier charges)
- Upload Access Dimensions sales order status to eBay
- Update inventory from Access Dimensions every 15 minutes
- Upload price changes to eBay on an hourly basis
- Automate product updates e.g. product SKU, description, tax class, weight, retail price, inventory quantity
