La Guaca Auto Parts, Costa Rica’s leading auto parts retailer, experiences 600% growth in online orders following ERP X-Cart integration
While La Guaca Auto Parts’ proprietary in-house ERP supported core operations, its eCommerce presence was limited and disconnected from critical ERP data. As a result, La Guaca engaged an eCommerce solutions provider to build an enterprise-grade automotive eCommerce platform on X-Cart, using Codeless Platforms’ BPA Platform to integrate eCommerce with its proprietary ERP.
Using BPA Platform for the ERP X-Cart integration, La Guaca automated the synchronisation of more than 36,000 products, along with inventory availability, pricing updates, customer data, and sales orders into the ERP. In addition, order and invoice statuses are synchronised back into the eCommerce platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across systems.
