SAP Business One Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Integration
Codeless Platforms' SAP Business One Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM integration solution provides you with a pack of preconfigured tasks that automates the mapping of data to Dynamics 365 CRM objects, giving read/write access across a variety of tables, and facilitating bi-directional synchronisation of data at field level between Dynamics 365 CRM and SAP Business One.
The SAP Business One Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM integration solution reduces repetitive manual administration tasks from employee workloads, helping to remove data entry errors, increase employee productivity and improve company performance.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM SAP Integration Features
- Accounts and Contacts: Automate the creation and updating of new and existing accounts, including telephone number and other related fields.
- New accounts can be created in either system and, once created, are linked via a staging database table to maintain the association and permit subsequent updates to the same synchronised record.
- Field updates from either system are logged in the staging database, timestamped, sequenced, and then used to maintain the bi-directional synchronisation in the order the system updates were keyed.
- Staging New and Changed Data:
- BPA Platform's GET task gets new and changed accounts and contact data from Dynamics 365 CRM and writes them into the staging database CRM tables using merge logic.
- A similar task gets new and changed business partners and their associated contacts from SAP Business One and writes them into the ERP staging database tables.
- The GET tasks are run on a schedule where the task utilises ‘last modified dates’ to identify changes.
- Bi-directional Synchronisation Engine: Engine tasks determine how the data is restructured, and updates the respective system(s).
- Records that are in an associated staging database link table identify linked CRM accounts with the respective ERP accounts using key identifiers, enabling new records to be distinguished from updates.
- Automatically process changes when a link is detected, and the changed field(s) are updated in the related system, e.g. changed telephone number in the CRM data is then updated in SAP Business One or vice versa.
- Configure bi-directional properties within the template, such as field updates in either SAP Business One or Dynamics 365 CRM.
