BPA Platform is an iPaaS solution that enables cloud-based, on-premises systems and cloud-to-cloud applications to talk to each other, enabling seamless NetSuite ShipStation integration and business process automation capabilities.

The ShipStation integration tool for NetSuite provides you with the ability to:

  • Automatically retrieve delivery notes from NetSuite: Download NetSuite delivery notes where the shipping type is "ShipStation" and write the delivery/package details to the staging database.
  • Retrieve tracking information and label data from ShipStation: Automatically retrieve deliveries that have been uploaded along with tracking information (delivery note) from ShipStation. Once completed, it can mark the delivery as complete/label printed or saved.
  • Upload shipment to ShipStation and return labels and tracking: Automatically upload pending deliveries from staging table to ShipStation and return the tracking information, including label data.
  • Error Control: Dynamically check for pending deliveries to upload and call the proceeding ShipStation tasks. An error process will run checking for any issues and report them via email.

The introduction of multi-instance architecture to BPA Platform means that cloud and on-premises deployments can have multiple instances of BPA Platform for various purposes, including development, testing, and live environments. Each of these is charged per instance, per month and billed annually in advance. Tasks numbers are mirrored live to test environments for tasks.
