Sage business software and IT services provider signs partner agreement with Codeless Platforms
Codeless Platforms today announced that it has signed a partner agreement with BHP Information Technology Ltd. (BHP IT), a Sage Business Partner and developer, as well as a Microsoft Certified Partner. Established in 1999, BHP IT has been providing Sage accounting software and IT services to customers of various sizes throughout the UK and has now added BPA Platform to its offering to provide essential Sage ERP integration and business process automation solutions.
“BPA Platform is a very advanced tool that allows you to connect completely different systems and databases together and provide highly impressive integrations but allows you to do this using a very user-friendly interface, with pre-existing connectors to the commonly used providers and systems. We’re relatively early in our partnership with Codeless Platforms, but I can already see this being a very useful solution for BHP IT to offer,” said Andrew Barker, Managing Director, BHP Information Technology Ltd.
“In fact, we are already fortunate enough to be working on two projects for two separate customers. One is an existing, long-standing customer of BHP IT that wanted to improve its dispatch processes by integrating Sage 200c system with its couriers, and then automate emails to customers with delivery tracking information. The other is a brand new customer to BHP IT that wants to integrate its website into Sage 50c and improve links to its courier systems to speed up its dispatch process and become more efficient.”
BHP IT had been aware of BPA Platform, but the eventual reason for contacting Codeless Platforms was due to one of its customers requesting an integration between Salesforce CRM and Sage 200.
“I got in contact with Codeless Platforms to discuss this integration and quickly learned more about BPA Platform. Following a quick demo, I was really impressed with the integration tools, the automation tools and all the existing connectors. I soon realised that they could be of huge benefit, not only to our existing customer base, but also as an offering for us to suggest when speaking to prospective customers,” enthused Barker.
“Previously, if our customers required an integration to an eCommerce site, courier system or other accounts/ERP package, our in-house developers had to write something completely bespoke, or unfortunately, we had to pass on the opportunity to other partners or competitors. The new partnership with Codeless Platforms now enables us to be able to discuss and provide these types of integrations and solutions with confidence. It just strengthens our ability to offer that end-to-end IT solution.”

We had to turn down a customer last year, and I now realise that BPA Platform would have been ideal for them. However, it’s come at the right time for some of the other solutions that we’ve got, and it’ll stand us in good stead by strengthening our relationships and our proposition.
